Ectomorphs are people who stay skinny no matter what they do or eat. That is true most of the time. But with proper training, eating and sleeping, anyone can be huge, even an ectomorph. I was born all sticks and bones, but I am now anything but.

I did NOT give up everything else just to gain some muscle and get big. No. I gained all these muscles while going to Colby College full time, getting A’s, working a 12-hour a week campus job and a marketing internship program. What’s more, I keep this blog, posting at least 3 entries weekly. On top of that all, I am still trying to have a good social life.

This blog is my attempt to help you train for some serious, massive muscles while still living a busy, balanced life. It is tough for an ectomorph to gain muscle. But it is so much harder for that same person to gain muscle while working or going to school full-time, living a busy family/social life. Especially in this economy, there are thousands of other worries. Who can put all their time, money and energy on training for muscle?
