The 6 simple steps you MUST follow in order to reach your goal of getting big

Here are the 6 steps that you must follow in order to gain muscle and get big. They were based on the 6 steps found in “Think and Grow Rich,”  I simply substituted the word “muscle” for the word “money.” You will find these 6 steps in almost every good book or article on training that you’ll ever read.

  1. Fix in your mind the exact amount of muscle you desire. It is not sufficient merely to say, “I want plenty of muscle.” Be definite as to the amount.
  2. Determine exactly what you intend to give in return for the muscle you desire.
  3. Establish a definite date when you intend to possess the muscle you desire.
  4. Create a definite plan for carrying out your desire, and begin at once, whether you are ready or not, to put this plan into action.
  5. Write out a clear, concise statement of the amount of muscle you intend to acquire, name the time limit for its acquisition, state what you intend to give in return for the muscle, and describe clearly the plan through which you intend to accumulate it.
  6. Read your written statement aloud, twice daily, once just before retiring at night and once after arising in the morning. AS YOU READ, SEE AND FEEL AND BELIEVE YOURSELF ALREADY IN POSSESSION OF THE MUSCLE.
